With over 30 years experience in designing and manufacturing liquid column manometers, KIMO offers numerous models for all your differential pressure measurements from 1 Pa up to 2.6 bars. These instruments are both easy to use and offer the reliability of a basic physical measurement.

General technical characteristics
The KIMO liquid column manometers are produced by machining 15 or 20 mm thick PMMA, better known by the trademark Altuglas.

Adjustment
The zero point can be set by adjusting the scale after setting the horizontal position of the manometer, using the integral spirit level.

Accuracy
The accuracy is 2% of the full scale for the inclined models and 1% for the vertical ones at a temperature of 20 °C with a minimum tolerance of 2 scale graduation. Maximum static pressure is 6 bars. Operational range from -30 °C to -60 °C, depending on the liquid used.

Standard equipment
Standard manometers are fitted with two no. 487 connections and are supplied complete with a white PVC wall bracket, manometric fluid, screws and raw plugs.

ECM

KIMO has designed and manufactured the ECM electric contact pressure controller to combine the inherent reliability and accuracy of the liquid column manometer with electronic switching.

The operating principle gives unrivalled preformance when compared to traditional pressure controllers.

The KIMO ECM electric contact pressure controllers excel where it is necessary to monitor small variations in low pressures of air or gas and where accurate and reliable monitoring is essential.

The ECM is widely used in pharmaceutical laboratories, clean rooms and other area's where good performance is essential.

• Positive, negative and differential
pressure measurement, with the option
of 1, 2 or multiple electric contacts on the
same scale

LGV HC2 / KS HC2
